This one bedroom apartment in a triplex/house is super cozy and welcoming. Note that you'll likely be greeted at the door to your apartment by another tenant's friendly dog who is loose. Free street parking except in a storm, then you can park in the driveway. - Please keep your shoes off inside - Please do your dishes and put them away before check out, ensure space is tidy Note that check out is 11am firm. Any late departures without prior approval will be at a cost of $25 per 30 minutes.
